Is there anyone here who knows the vertical limit of Philippine airspace?

I know different countries have different standards but what is the Philippines'?

heading 001-180 = odd number (FL210, 230, 250, 270, 290, 310, 330, 350, 370, 390, 410)
heading 181-360 = even number (FL200, 220, 240, 260, 280, 300, 320, 340, 360, 380, 400)
