Under the original ratplan they are assigned at T1.
-Philippine Airlines Int.
-Etihad Airways
-Saudia
-Japan Airlines
-Thai Airways

So all airline assignments the same, except CEB domestic which will stay at T3. Also no award of new gates from this reshuffle.
