Help needed to identify a pair of Philippine Pilots wings

I hope someone might be able to help me identify a pair of Pre-WWII Philippine pilots wings.

The wings are made by a pre war Philippine insignia maker, C.Zamora.  

I would appreciate any thoughts on what commercial air service these wings are associated with along with any additional information.
